Jamba Juice is a popular juice and smoothie chain. Though many commercial fruit juices and smoothies can be high in sugar, some are not bad. Here our list of the healthiest drinks at jamba
This is a combination of acai, blueberries, strawberries, soy milk, and other ingredients. With it come a whole bunch of vitamins, biotin and even antioxidants.
Acai Super Antioxidant Smoothie
A blend of ginger, kale, lemons and more, this drink provides 150% of the RDA of vitamin A. 160% of vitamin C, and 520% of vitamin K! It provides micronutrients like calcium, folate, and manganese.
Greens n’ Ginger Smoothie
A mix of agave, bananas, mangoes, turmeric, and more. It contains vitamin A and C, calcium, fiber, potassium, and riboflavin and plenty antioxidants!
Golden Turmeric Spice Smoothie

This has 2 ingredients- fresh carrots and orange juice. It contains a whopping 800% of the RDA of vitamin A. It is also packed with vitamin C and K, folate, and thiamin.
